ACE Design Process

• Design Consultation - The initial consultation will address the specific nature of your business, what you hope to achieve with a new website, description of your customer base, basic style preferences, and your goals.  The consultation will then be followed by a written confirmation of project expectations.

• Designer Recommendations -You are presented with a variety of Web site designs for you to choose one that best fits your needs. 

• Web Site Creation -Following your approval of the site design, an initial Web site mock-up will be created. New text copy and content such as (text and images) will be included into the design.

• Web Design Review - After the initial construction, your site will be made available for you to review before it is published. You will have 14 days to review your Web site and make three rounds of revisions before it is published or delivered.

• Delivery and Publishing - After your approval, your Web site will be ready for publishing. If you use a hosting provider other than Aloye Computer Enterprises, you will be sent a link to access and download your files. Regardless of whether or not you make any revisions during the 14 day review period, please be aware that design will be considered complete after the 14 days expires.

• Regular Design Maintenance - Ongoing site updates are available in increments of 30 or 60 minutes per month. Choosing this option provides peace of mind that you’ll have continuous help with updating your website content on a regular basis.

Additional Technologies 

• DNS Management Service - If you need the ability to create and edit host, CNAME, mail exchange, and other internet pointer records, you may need to utilize a DNS Management Service Package.

• Domain Name Registration & Vanity URL - If you want to your website to utilize the www.yourwebsitename.com naming style, you will need to register and obtain a vanity URL.

• Email - If you need the ability to send and receive email @yourwebsitename.com, you may need to consider adding email service.
